01xtreme Posted January 18, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 yea...just grabed an old issue of M&F with a story on scott mendelson....says he benched 715 "raw" (without the use of a bench-pressing shirt or other ergonomic equipment)...his official high then was 1,008 with a shirt and stuff, but the article says he did 1,015 the day they did the photo shoot for the magazine story....this was in june of 2006...so who knows what he does now...friggin incredible!! What is crazy about Scott mendelson is his diet. I read an article in Powerlifting USA about his diet, and he eats about 10,000 calories/day. Sounds like someone is using extra "gear" but then again looking at his numbers could tell you that too. BURRITO Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 lol anyone that does work at the gym knows what im talkin about LOL needless to say... i never went snow boarding this past weekend! i woke up Sat morning and just laughed @ myself... i could barely walk, almost impossible to sit on the can. so i went back to the gym and took a couple dips into the ice tub then jumped on the spinner for 15 mins/10 miles and then took a couple more dips in the ice tub!
