Remote Start Install help please.

I want to get my wife a remote start for her car for her birthday. Looking at this one here

She has a 99 mercury mystique.

I can't find much info about what is involved in installing one of these but i did find this.

I've used that site before and they are usually correct on the wiring.

So my questions are;

1. Is that a decent remote starter.

2. Has anyone here had experience installing one, or better yet, one on the same car?

Plus any other tips or advice would be appreciated.
