Mr.BassMan
finished ! what do you guys think? ending up being around 8 cubes net tuned around 33-34hz. played it a few minutes ago, sounded really good and loud. one weird thing i noticed is that when i was mounting the subs, when i pushed in on them they made a rubbing noise, then the other one would then it'd go away. they didnt make the noise when i played them, what couldve caused that? Mr.BassMan
yeah sounded kinda like something rubbing on the wood but im pretty sure my sub cut outs were big enough cause they fit in there easily. it only happend as we were putting the screws in Kenwood HU Kicker ZX2500.1 15" Kicker L7 (x2) Memphis 1/0 Wires 9^3 @ 31hz DC Power SP 250 Alt. 2 Deka "Intimidater" Batteries Big 3 Stock door speakers (For now)

Neckbeard
sounds like some dirt or something got in it, or its blown which i dont think is the case since they play Build log, Super slow!!: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/168096-slow-neckbeards-1970-opel-gt/
Mr.BassMan
yeah its prolly some kinda dirt in the subs.. will that mess with them, or will it eventually blow out over time while they play? and no they arent blown, theyre both new, i took them out and moved them and they didnt make any noise outside the box Kenwood HU Kicker ZX2500.1 15" Kicker L7 (x2) Memphis 1/0 Wires 9^3 @ 31hz DC Power SP 250 Alt. 2 Deka "Intimidater" Batteries Big 3 Stock door speakers (For now)
Neckbeard
shouldnt affect them, and its hard to get the dirt out unless you take the whole thing apart Build log, Super slow!!: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/168096-slow-neckbeards-1970-opel-gt/
