bagged mazda questions

so i might be getting a bagged mazda project . im thinking about trading my truck for it. its a 92 mazda b2200 its more of a project than anything, the guy recently did a 2in body drop but didnt finish, so the floor needs to be finish being welded in the box needs to be finished. the mazda lays frame my only concerns are the guy docked a 305 sbc in it, so its just sitting in there nothings hooked up, the fire walls chopped so that needs to be welded back together, pretty sure its got long tube headers on it, my only concern is how would you run the exaust if it lays frame, is there a special exhaust you could buy. also what do you think its worth, no rust on body but only in primer interiors gutted but has everything for it, body needs paint the box and floors needed to be finished and the motor needs to be hooked up
