pontformulalt1 Posted January 11, 2013 Report Share Posted January 11, 2013 im thinking about putting the battery tender 5a waterproof model charger/maintainer mounted under my hood for topping off and maintaining resting voltage every night i park the car. it will be used to charge and maintain (1) red-top optima and (3) 1400 kinetik batteries. has anyone had experience with this model or battery tender products. i am very limited to space under the hood of a 95 trans am. its about 77 dollars. do you think this will work for my application?
