Justin248
I have a 1992 Mazda Protégé that just died when my father was driving it. When trying to turn it over, there was no spark to the spark plug. All the plug wires have been tested, the ignition coil was tested, the ignition switched, the computer replaced, battery tested, alternator tested and the battery alt system was charging fine. We are getting only a 4 volt read coming into the igniter and we do not know where else to check or test. If any one knows what the problem is or how to fix it, we will greatly appreciate it as that is our most fuel efficient car and have been down to 4 cars to split between 5 drivers. The sooner we get it back on the road the better.
