Next will have to be a catylitic convereters if it don't pass today. I have not a lick of wire ran in that car. Had taken old sit out, and it's a toasty 39 degrees. Passes Hc and other one but the NO category is the problem at 15 and 25 mph. Looking at the last 5 smog check wow they make the car run 30% cleaner then they allowed in 2001. The car get's older it don't get cleaner have you tired letting it warm up all the way? like driving around for about 30 min or so. and how long does it sit before actually getting tested? some time, they let it sit for a bit to let the car cool off, then will test which most car during cold start run rich as fuck.
