Pioneer DEQ-p8000, worth the money?

First off, Hi everyone! My name is Kris and I'm a car stereo addict. Now, thats out of the way. I have a question that probably has more to do with everyones experience. My current setup consists of a Pioneer Avic n5 head unit with all three sets of rca outputs going to a line splitter/amplifier. From the splitter, i have 6 sets of rca's going to 2 autotek 3 way crossovers. From the crossovers, the rca's or being sent to three seperate amps. The first is a alpine mrv-t500, bridged to a pioneer ts-309d2 12. The second amp is a 4 channel rockford fosgate p-400.4 which is running 1 set of 6x9's and 1 set of 4x6's off of 2 channels and 2 tweeters on the other 2 channels. (overkill for the tweeters, i know. But plan on getting 3 more sets.) The third amp is a autotek atx1200.4 that is in 3 channel config. 2 channels running a set of 6.5's and the other channel briged on a kicker cvr. I have the option of putting another amp, but don't know if it's too much.

My question is, is buying the pioneer DEQ-p8000 going to improve my sound quality enough to justify the purchase. I've never personally heard a system with one and therefore I don't know how much of an overall improvement it makes. Anyone have personal experience with these units? Or is there a comparable product that I should be looking at? I appreciate any advise you guys are willing to give before I pull the trigger on something I don't need.

Welcome to SMD. No pioneer will improve your sound quality lol jk but look at audison bit one or clarion eqs746. Much better options for your application.

Thanks for the info! The 3 sixty looks pretty nice. Do you know if it has an auto eq function? That was why I was looking at the pioneer. I split all of my outputs up to be able to adjust each set of channels independantly of each other for tuning purposes. I'm not the best tuner, so the auto eq was of interest to me. But it don't look like the pioneer has enough outputs to run seperate outputs. The RF looks like it has 2 fronts, which is what I'm looking for. My front speakers consist of 2 tweeters, 2 6.5's and in a couple of days 2 3.5's which would be on the same channels as my tweeters or I can put another amp and run the 3.5's off of that. My goal is to have a dedicated channel for every speaker in my truck. For example: 3 sets of front speakers= 6 channels, 2 sets of rear speakers= 4 channels, 2 or 4 sub channels. All independantly adjustable. Would running 2, 3 sixties cancel each other out? Or 2 p8000's?
