Or did you make a mdf ring and make posts to make it 45 degree that way? YEAH the speaker was in the door and had a plastic cover(1st pic). Used some 1/4 mdo(like mdf buts stronger) To Make a form. Glassed it screwed it to plastic speaker cover. then Fibertech for strength. bondo to smooth out, wrapped with leather 96 IMPALA SS Pioneer DEH-P8600MP H/U Pioneer TS-C160R 6.5" Pioneer TS-D690R 6x9" JBL GTO755.6II Stinger spdh-10 cap 100sqft.
