Archy121212 Posted February 26, 2013 Report Share Posted February 26, 2013 I have a 6 channel panasonic amp and I have 4 soundstream PCT 653 and I just bought 2 Kicker KS65 speakers. The Panasonic amp and the Kicker speakers are 4 ohms. The 4 Soundstream speakers are 3-ohms. Will the amp destroy the soundstreams since they are 3 ohms? How would you connect everything? The boat has wires ran that have the kicker speakers connect together then to the amp and the soundstream speakers are connect to 2 a piece and then to the amp. So the amp is bridged into 3 channels but when I run new wires for the kicker speakers they will be seperate. I appreciate the input. Thanks.
