How about this? Took a quick crack at it for you. WinISD says it should get around 123db at 38hz. The box is tuned to 35hz and is about 3.5 cubes.

Board cut list:

Top/Bottom - 33.5 x 20.5 x 1.5

Left Side - 17.5 x 14.5 x 1.5

Right Side - 19.5 x 14.5 1.5

Front - 28 x 14.5 x 1.5

Rear - 33.5 x 14.5 x 1.5

Vent Wall 1 - 12.75 x 14.5 x .75

Vent wall 2 - 14 x 14.5 x .75

All numbers are in inches.

He competes in SPL comps if I remember right, he will be louder at a 40hz tune in that car

how it sounded X_296?

He is messing with a box program, I doubt he has ever built this box, how many successful boxes have you designed and built x_296?

I am not calling you out by any means, but anyone can design boxes on computer programs, and have poor results at the same time.

I am also not saying that is a poor design either, there is no measurements shown on the outside of the enclosure to tell us how many sq inches of port there is,

Which that sub will need around 16" per cube to operate properly.

My suggestion VW would be that if you do want to try a lower tuning, at 35 as suggested, I would add another 1/2 cubic foot and get the full 4 cubic feet internal volume, with 64 sqin of port, that is as long as the port velocity or vent mach stays around .04, any higher can restrict output, and lower can make the sub have less control. Now at the same time, if you just want a burp box, trial and error on lower port velocity can be effective.

Just my 2 cents

Don't worry about it. I only just started on these forums, so you have every reason to be skeptical of my abilities. The reason I didn't include measurements in SketchUp is because I listed the measurements of each individual board. So I figured anything else would be unnecessary. I was only making a quick suggestion for an enclosure design. I thought that's what the OP was asking for, but maybe I misunderstood.

Did I ever tell you, what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is, doing the exact same fucking thing, over and over again, expecting shit to change. That. Is. Crazy.

ok purplesyrup but at 35hz im going to have a good score in bass race? and i build it with aeroports or slot box tx budy

I guess I did misunderstand what you were asking. I didn't realize you were gonna be using it in comps. If that's the case then I would scrap my earlier suggestion. Definitely tune it higher, around 40-50hz.

ok X_296 but i need joe's help to design me a good box

Yeah, sorry I couldn't help. I have never built anything for competitions though. So I wouldn't know how to make it optimal for that purpose. I'm sure Joe will get you sorted out though.
