wiring two dvc subs advice

So this is the first time i've ever owned multiple woofers. I know how to wire it all up, every thing's gonna be in parallel.. My question is, how have a lot of people gone about connecting everything, (There's 8 posts on the subs, but only 4 terminals on the amp). Im know several people attach them to screws drilled into the box then run wire from there to the amplifier. To sum up, wheres everyone sticking these wires? Tips?
