Well I need help, I want to do this install my self but need some help, I'm doin 2 15",2 3800.1(does 4kish at 12V), 2 d3100 xspower battiers,ipad(dash),350 amp alt mechman,1 200.4, 4-6 horns under truck (outside),3 tweets each pillar,3 6.5,1super tweet in each door, box tune 30hz, ok my question is how you hook up 2 amps for 2 subs @1ohm, I know how to run 1 amp but how u wire the 2nd amp? An on my high amp. Do I just take all the wires from the speakers an hook it in my 200.4? An all my amps will be tune on a O-scope. All I have to do is wire it all up... I want to let some on do this minor build but I don't trust no shops around here or wish I knew someone close to KY would help me do this (like a weekend job) so I'm attend do this myself, only y I say I want some one to do my build cause I don't kno how to fiberglass An i want Prefessional work b4 I drop $$,an close to me I trust so far do my build is mike singer,he 5hrs from me, cause I want iPad in dash,fiberglass pillars, door panels, amp racks, I know how to run 2 front batts to back to amps. (If I need more batts ill buy if I need more) but I'm buy ALL!! The equipment an wire, just idk if I'm gonna do it my self, cause I work a lot, but my build be a lot of fiberglass work that idk how to do at all, so if u live close to KY or will help me out ill appreciate it. I know about a lot about audio just never done a build like this (got good job now) plz dont hate on me I'm a good guy an need ur advice? On should I do my build (idk how to fiberglass or let shop do it?) they will be Prefessional an I WILL take a day to inspect the whole build no BS if I choose let you do my build, I'm not gonna get screwed over like others. Oh ok I won't put out side truck, I'm asking who can install my build? Perfect! I seen people get screwed over on builds like this. I want to but I don't know how to fiber glass at all. Never tried an my build will be a lot of that. Like pillars. An doors, an I never hook up 2 amps to 2 subs. I though tommy was a great installer cause he KOB an his install great so I was easily gonna let tommy do my 1st. Build after JP truck done this year (I waited a while) well when done wit JP it was waste of 35k an 8k he paid tommy just in labor. newschoolsoundz Posted April 27, 2013 Report Share Posted April 27, 2013 what would be best is if you decide to do it your self or let a shop do it. then if you decide to do it yourself research how everything is done there are plenty fiberglass vids an threads an vids on how to hook 2 amps then after all your research try it out when you get stuck somewhere then ask for help not before you start build!!!!! I have no ideal or how to start on fiber glassing my iPad in dash or pillars or 3 6.5 ea. doors, ill just wire setup an wait on doers an pillars but I want to hear my words crystal clear when at full tilt or in demo, just like Meade setups, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
