Stopped at a couple of shops today (I live on the East Coast, not with the lucky cali kids) - they said it's a pain to mess with the stock uconnect....so I'm thinking about leaving that in, not sure if that's already amplified or not (haven't looked it up yet)...and go from there. Also in the process of looking up the alternator specs and going from there. Any info you have feel free to share, I'll do the same.
