trying to understand a 4 channel amp...

i've had a couple systems in my day but nothing i would consider loud enough that i had to amp the speakers (always ran off deck power) my question to you is can you run different ohm loads on each channel of a 4 channel amp or does it all have to be consistent? i have a soundstream TX440 amp, 70Rms @ 4 ohm, 110 @ 2 ohmm, thanks to anyone who replies!

left and right channels have to match. front and rear do not.

you can do 4 ohms on front left and front right, and 2 ohms on rear left and rear right.

but you cannot do 4 ohms on front left and 2 ohms on front right.
