Lifted2000Ford4x4 Posted May 21, 2013 Report Share Posted May 21, 2013 but no really, yeah the big 3 will help, add another battery to the rear if you have room to help with voltage drop. upgrade your alt if you have the funds. set your gain right, turn that EQ woofer blower shit on the HU off to help keep distortion out of the mix. what wire size are you running? try to measure your voltage drop too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Smokey817 Posted May 21, 2013 Author Report Share Posted May 21, 2013 thanks bro. stock alt is 130 amp and i have 4 ga power and grounds not sure how much but i am having a voltage drop unless the amps fvcked amd that lil red light just flickers randomly but odd it does it on certin bass heavy songs after i swapped fuses it woildnt flicker on still in this bitch .but yesterday with a 50amp fuse it did?! looks like fuse is kinda fvcked it still bumped but would have that red light flickering almost every song lol so this guy once ran out of his house screaming "your bass invaded my home and disrespected my family" lmfao smh gotta love tha compliments !!! 1997 Lincoln TownCar Old Sony Deck 1 Kicker cvr15" Factory ported box Kicker zx750.1 (Ix500.1) in closet lol everything else is stock for now...
