Errr here's your problem, you use bass boost and your subsonic is up high as hell and lpf is too low. What you should do is bass boost off, lpf around 80-100, subsonic around 25. ^^this^^ Or maybe throw different amp at it. How are the subs wired? That amp is only 1 ohm stable.
