Jnt1983 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 Hi all, I need some help I am in the middle of fitting a new system in my car it consists of head unit with 2 sets of pre out 1 front and 1 rear or sub! I am having to use rca splitters from the front channel to my 4 channel amp for front and rear speakers! The rear Chanel out is for my active sub so I can maintain sub control via the head unit. Now I have a parrot bluetooth kit which has its own all Brit poor amplifier for hands free calls and music streaming or music via the plugs attached to it. Anyway because it has its own amp it basically piggy backs onto the speaker wires coming from the iso block, these will no longer be available because I am having to run new wires to the speakers from the amp. It does have a 4 line out wires which are left and right pos and neg. is there anyway I can get the kit to work even with the amp? For instance if I just splice into the speaker wires running from amp so that when the parrot mutes the stereo the speakers will get there input from the parrot? I mean using the original high level wires coming from the parrot as the line out wont power the speakers and I have no more channels available on the amp for input. I hope this makes sense. Basically all I want is to still be able to use hands free calling while the speaker iso is basically made redundant! I hope someone understands and can help. Thanks so much
