tcullen1 Posted June 15, 2013 Report Share Posted June 15, 2013 Need advice on which amp would be best for my set-up. Not trying to make a vs. thread just some experienced advice. Both amps I am interested in are I believe very good quality regardless. I just have not heard either in action, just read great things about both. I currently am running 2 sets of DA Hex 5.25's. Although my front stage is now a 3-way with 6.5 DLS Iridiums added to RAF on crossovers. Rears are still just mid, n tweet. My Memphis MR4.480 is super clean but not enough power @ 80x4. So my rms ratings on Hexs are 150rms. Also I may add a couple super tweets later. So the 2 amps I am interested in is the C1100.4, and SQ120.4. I was thinking to possibly keep Memphis for the FT-1's, later on. I have the SQHDC312's so the SQ120.4 would match realistically for show but I am looking for opinions on who personally have heard these 2 in action and which would fit my setup. Any advice would be most appreciated.
