Because that cadi is big and the runs are long Yeah it is 1/0 wire. I have a 96 impala ss and It is 22' from battery upfront to battery out back and even with one run of 70% cooper 1/0 wire.but still wasn't Getting enough power out back. And maybe if you add a ground from battery front to back battery it might help.
