Which would be a better buy?2 Sundown Audio E12's (400 rms a sub) $240 shipped3 Kicker CVR 12s (400 rms a sub) $210 shippedI will be powering these with a 1200 watt rms pioneer amp.I know that SA is great brand, but will 3 cheaper subs be louder and lower than 2 nicer ones? Guest Posted June 26, 2013 Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 how do you have room for 3 woofers that require more sealed box space per woofer, but not for 2 woofers that require less ported box space per woofer? ported > sealed. makes no sense whatsoever. these threads are against the rules because its impossible to tell you which would be louder.
