a couple of runs of wire has been installed

once the battery rack was finished we were able to do a test fitting and the amplifiers fit JUST RIGHT and with a few millimeters to spare..lol

the rack houses 10 of the D1400s.

The remaining 4 will be divided in to pairs and installed on the left and right side as seen in the pictures next to each pair of amplifiers.

I thought about getting another pair of D1400s and making it an additional 3 D1400s on each side but with the already limited space it would be virtually impossible to do so..so the picture is there merely for reference purposes..lol

The plan is to have the rack of batts in the middle. then a pair of 750.1s double stacked on the left and right side of the rack. Then so the left and right side of each pair of amps have an additional 2 more batteries installed.

Designed the front baffle and then began the process of CNCing it one layer at a time.

Did an initial test cut out of 1/4mdf just to make sure all is good and that subs fit well.

Here is the 1/4" test cut baffle.

Then on to the fun part.

The baffle is going to be a total of 4" thick , 4 layers with each layer being 1".
