nickpequignot Posted July 25, 2013 Report Posted July 25, 2013 some of you might have seen me on here with my jeep, i didnt get on a whole lot but the jeeps gone,i got a 2000 ford explorer. the day i got it i got to work switching the system over. i knew i was going to go bigger when i could afford it so i ran 4ga power wire so i didnt have to run power twice.same kicker comp 10s in the same box on the same jensen 4ch amp i had in the jeep. i was planning on building a different box for these subs but i think while im at it im going to build a box for 4 kicker comp 10s. the subs will be facing up,port to the back and i will have my amps mounted some where else as i have them on my box now. the box is going to be somewhere in the 5-6.75 cubic ft range, not for sure yet. going to port it and will be tuned to 32hz. and im thinking on the amp i get to power the 4 subs is going to be the alpine MRX-M110. let me know what you guys think on the size of the box. and i know this isnt going to be some 150db system, thats not the plan. i just want something loud and different than what everyone in my town has in my dd. thanks guys,Nick
