4th Order Pass Through Design Questions

I have a 2013 lancer currently with 2 Alpine 12" subs on a Directed 1200 amp and 4 6.5 Polk audio Coax in all 4 doors on a Pioneer 2 channel amp at about 115rms to each speaker, So my high's and Mids sound pretty good. Looking at doing a 4th order blow through design to port the bass into the cab of the car instead of the trunk and cut down on vibrations. Now should i go with 2 or 4 12" or go with the 10" bassline subs from Alpine 4 would run at 150rms each or 2 would run at 225rms each. I really have no need for the trunk so 4 will not be an issue. I have plenty of resources to help me complete this project just need insite which will give me the best bang and SQ.
