walwalka
I would say that somewhere something is grounding out. That doesn't sound like an ohm load issue to me, however your ohm load is an issue. I would only run the 4 speakers off the deck because of power issues anyway. 2010 Honda Civic LX / Deck: Kenwood DDX371 / Front Highs: Crescendo RTS-1 / Front Mids: Silver Flute 6.5's / 4 channel: DC Audio 90.4 / Sub: Fi 15in SP4v2 / Sub amp: Taramps HD 5000 / Power wire: Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 / Deadener: Audio Technix 60 mil / Batteries: XS Power D5100R / Rear bank: TBD / Alternator: Singer 240a hairpin
masterbusa2
It must be a groundign issue because with jsut those 4 speakers on H/U it shuts off at anything above half, unless i tunr bass to -6 on H/U then it stays on no matter how loud... walwalka
Yep, the clearance is to small and speaker vibrates and grounds out. I had that happen after I deadend my rear deck. All I did was place the speaker to where it couldn't vibrate and touch the deadener. 2010 Honda Civic LX / Deck: Kenwood DDX371 / Front Highs: Crescendo RTS-1 / Front Mids: Silver Flute 6.5's / 4 channel: DC Audio 90.4 / Sub: Fi 15in SP4v2 / Sub amp: Taramps HD 5000 / Power wire: Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 / Deadener: Audio Technix 60 mil / Batteries: XS Power D5100R / Rear bank: TBD / Alternator: Singer 240a hairpin

walwalka
Yep, I know how that is.. Most of my friend aren't as installation inclined as myself, I won't let any of them touch my systems.. 2010 Honda Civic LX / Deck: Kenwood DDX371 / Front Highs: Crescendo RTS-1 / Front Mids: Silver Flute 6.5's / 4 channel: DC Audio 90.4 / Sub: Fi 15in SP4v2 / Sub amp: Taramps HD 5000 / Power wire: Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 / Deadener: Audio Technix 60 mil / Batteries: XS Power D5100R / Rear bank: TBD / Alternator: Singer 240a hairpin
