Mayhem 18's Jeep xj wall

I havent posted on here since I finished my build literally about 8 months ago, but once again I think im going to be back at it. I have 2 mayhem 18's, saz 4500, and a laydown box, 16.1 cubes tuned to 32-34 hz (cant remember off hand). Well I had my Jeep metered and although Im happy with a 150 since my jeep leaks air like a sive and is basically falling apart now, I think I want to wall it, so this is going to be my next project.

Couple questions first though, Any preference to where the port should go?
What do you put between the top of the box and the roof to seal it? For anyone with experience with jeeps the roof flex is completely absurd, even with 4 layers of fatmat.
Id like to play a lot of 30- sub 30 music, and any help I could get with a port design would be appreciated too!
