They were installed for only a few days and not broken in yet.. I'm asking $900 shipped.. (I paid 1200) Hey guys, got my new subs in so I have no need for these DC xl subwoofer anymore. I got the xls about 4 months ago and both got a recone at that time. Unfortunately, one of the xl spiders popped off so I had to remove the recone and reglue the spider. When I took of the dustcap during this process it took some of the top layer of cone off with it. That's why it's ugly looking. BOTH SUBS ARE %100 FUNCTIONAL. The better looking sub has some small scratches on the bottom of the magnet, and a bit of wear on the top and sides of the surround that doesn't affect anything. The worse looking sub has wear on the sides of the surround, small scratches on the bottom of the motor, some adhesive on the bottom of the cone (tiny slip of the box cutter when removing dustcap) and the pealed top layer of cone. Again, it is fully functional and coils look good!If you care, recones are $180 from DC. Both are 10/10 mechanical with nice copper coils. Anyways, I would like $200+Shipping for the 6/10 sub and $250+Shipping for the 8/10 sub. $400+Shipping for both. 8/10 Sub- 6/10 Sub- They're ready to ship!
