Older (1995) JL Audio Sub and Obcon Sub Bass box Question

I have had this box in my 1988 Mustang trunk since it was new. However it was only used for 3 or so years before I tore the car appart and it has been sitting in my garage under a cover ever since. I would like to use the sub in my 2000 Acura TL and will be running the sub with an Elemental Designs NINe.1 amp. I can't find any numbers on the box and the only numbers on the sub ar 11 18587 94. The box measures 22" Wide, 15" Tall and 9 1/2" deep. The port hole is 4" across and 8" deep. I have the SMD CC-1 and DD-1 that I will set up the amp with. What should I set the crossover at and do I need to set the subsonic filter, if so where? I don't know how to post pictures but the sub mounts inside the box with a plexi glass cover.
