MACnonsence6 Posted November 14, 2013 Report Share Posted November 14, 2013 ive wanted to build my own custom 12s for a while and ive been contemplating trying to get another jlw713 motor "3.5" coil taking the pair using 12" ti baskets and sundown x cone. not really sure about spiders yet. looking for thoughts and opinions on this. i gotta see what psi coils are rated at for there jlw7 coils but the coil here would be a high xmax spl/sq sub I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha.
