MoreSyrupJohn
I am looking online and about to buy some component speakers, but I've looked all over and I cannot find out how to wire the crossover. I don't want to buy them and end up not knowing how to wire them. I get that you have the input for the woofer and the tweeters, but what do you do with the other inputs? And help would be nice
Stephen13
There will be one set of inputs on each crossover that is carrying a full range signal. The crossover will have two sets of outputs. One for the tweet and the other for the mid-woofer. There may be a few outputs for the tweet. These can be used to attenuate the tweet's level if it's too harsh sounding. 2011 Chevy Silverado LT 5.3L 4x4 Ext.-cab "Enjoy yourself. It's later than you think." MoreSyrupJohn
So, my question is what do I put into the input of the crossover?
Stephen13
The outputs from your amplifier. Signal Source (HU) ---> Signal Processor/EQ --> Amplifier --> Passive Crossover --> Speakers A little different if you use an active crossover(s). 2011 Chevy Silverado LT 5.3L 4x4 Ext.-cab "Enjoy yourself.
