Anyone had this problem?

One of my previous setups, i am trying to eliminate issue in a future build.

Sounds like a cd skipping but this is ipod usb connection to radio then 2 rca's sent to the back.

On the high notes in this video starting around 0:32
the radio sounds like it skipping or play/pausing

I was using one of those in my past setup and it did the same thing, sounded like the songs were skipping. Took it out and it went away. Im not an expert but my guess would be something with the RCA's. Hope that helps, would also like to see what people have to say.
