Short Description: 2013 Kawasaki Teryx4. Purchased used with 25 miles. Installed LTI Long Travel suspension to double the suspension travel. Have a second set of rims/tires for the sand dunes. Chopped the roll cage 3"/3"/6". Crow 5 point harnesses installed, Modified stock seats for harnesses, Rigid Dome light, 2 4' SafeGlo LED whips, OEM Cargo box w/LED light, Bluesea 12 Circuit Box, 4 Eagle Eye LED reverse lights, 2 OEM LED headlights, 2 Baja Design Fuego 4" HID A-Pillar Lights.

Well here is a little more background on my build.

Of course when I'm offroad I want tunes, so I need something not easy to steal, durable, and inexpensive, but sounds decent!

Has to be a low power build as the stock charging system can't put out a ton of amps and there is only a few people looking to bump up the charging circuit right now on these. Stock output is about 24.2 Amps at ~12 volts and this has to support the vehicle and my other mods.

I did not want to have any kind of a head unit as this sees water (rain, washing, etc...), dirt, and sand. I decided on a 16GB iPod Nano that can be stored in the glove box as it connects to my system via Bluetooth.

Next was the volume control. I found the Duner Tunes BT volume control. Has play/pause volume up/down and track skip/previous in a simple knob design.

This has a remote turn on wire and RCA output that connects to my marine amp:

I only have a cheap pair of RCA's hooked up right now. Again that was done to have tunes, but I still need to replace those with a better set I picked up.

Front stage goes to a set of SSV Works Pod 6.5" component marine speakers.

I had a trip planned and didn't have time to fab up the Pods myself.

Now I'm in the process of adding a Subwoofer for some thump. I bought the Sundown Audio SD2-8 Dual 4 Ohm sub since it is a shallow mount 8" designed for a small sealed box .25^3.

There is not a lot of mounting options in this offroard vehicle, so I mounted the amp on the right rear passenger back kick panel. The sub will be on the left rear passenger back kick panel. I've started the fiberglass box.

Now I'm in the process of cutting speaker rings and some fleece to enclose the box.

A little more work on the box.

Waiting for the first layer of paint to dry before going with a final finish color. Flat black. Leaving the rough finish as this will get kicked since it is mounted at the rear passenger's feet.
