WillPwn4Food Posted March 1, 2014 Report Share Posted March 1, 2014 So I have a 2001 Ford Taurus SE with 4 CT Sounds Exos walled on a b2 zero.5 atm. Will have a 2nd zero.5 soon enough and will be running them on maxwell supercaps. This is my daily driver, not a trailer car. I do plan to compete in the 0-1000 mod class, but I've come to the point where I have to decide if I want to run a dual-alt setup, and run a 16v and a 12v alt or just a 12v system... Is the gains I'd see from upping to 16v system as opposed to 12 really worth it? What kind of realistic wattage difference would I see? Really just looking to give these babies enough power to keep them happy and then some.
