New project...nightclub system fix up

Been doing some work at a local club, where half the system works and half of it doesn't...previous owner obviously didn't take care of it obviously, or knew how to run/hook up the system...Here's what is in the club right now...

2 JBL SR4733x double 15" loudspeakers (functioning)
2 JBL SR4719x double 18" subwoofers (all blown)
4 Sound Bridge SB3 3115HT 15" loudspeakers, flown over the dancefloor (all blown)
2 EAW stage monitors, flown (blown)
4-6 Crest 10" loudspeakers flown around the rest of the bar (surprisingly working)
Misc. Crown/QSC amplifiers, including 2 XLS402's, an EX 4000, MX 2000, USA 850 I believe, and one more Crown..

Soundcraft Series 2 40-channel board

Old owners tried to do live sound but brought in all the wrong bands...new owners want to orient it towards more of a nightclub, with the occasional hip hop artist or band depending on what's going on at the arena across the street. First step is to recone the 2241HPL's in the SR4719x's, then order new components for the 3115HT's, then hopefully build 8 18" subs to compliment the SoundBridge system. This way, there are in theory three separate systems: JBL SR-X rig for hip hop acts or band work, SoundBridge system with the 18" subs for regular DJ work, and the Crest speakers will be lower volume bar fills and if they open during the day will be hooked up to a Touchtunes system more than likely..

It's going to be a challenge to fix, especially since the owners have only had the bar for 6 months and don't want to invest any money at all for whatever reason...but, they need a complete sound system, bad. Of interest though, one of the SR4733x's had a Low Rider 15" replacing one of the 2226H drivers, but it wasn't phase inverted to match the rest of the components, so it almost sounded like only the horns were working. Took off the handle, just enough room to reach in and swap the wires, and good to go.

Oh, and (terrible) pictures, taken just before doors opened for a Mardi Gras party. QSC system seen is mine that is in there right now, and I will be renting 4 dB Technologies S30 subs from a friend of mine for a hip hop artist next week to go under the KW153's, should be interesting. And yes, the light system needs revamped big time too. Half of the PAR 56 cans work, most have faded gels, and only one or two effect lights work.
