mike unsinks Posted March 5, 2014 Author Report Share Posted March 5, 2014 well not all cheap amps are garbage I had a md sound not the best reviews md2681d was rated at 4000 max had 140 amps worth of fuses had a sealed box with 3 10" cliff design speakers system rattled youre teeth was crazy loud abused that setup for 5 years then the amp finally quit on me still was louder than the 2 12s hooked to that planet audio Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But with that being said my dad had 2 dual "400" amps one for the front components and one for 2 8s. The one on the components were wired 4 ohms each channel and it burned up in one month but the one running the subs is bridged at 2 ohms and runs hot as hell I could probably fry an egg on it and has never given any problems. I would say buy quality over quantity any time Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth.. oh.. wait.. naw.. that wasnt weird.. He probably tearin dat ass up every night.
