fyerbyrd22 Posted March 27, 2014 Author Report Share Posted March 27, 2014 was bangin Air Forces-Young Jeezy and after about a minute into it, the surround came undone...took the bad sub out, took off the port and wired the other sub to 4ohm and free-aired it inside the box for my trip to quakertown...played fine, didnt beat on it tho obviously lol...took it out and put it in a 1.6cu box with a single 4" aero, 16" long, around 34hz tune...got through about 30min of testing and metering...loudest i got was a 137 at 43hz...until the other one gave out...2 completely different size boxes, same results...so im gonna reglue the surrounds and change the box to 3cu, possibly push the box back some in the trunk and go from there personal build in progress http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188656-2013-kia-sorento-6-12-no-wall/ www.facebook.com/TurbulentDesigns Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
