They look to have a recent recone but the cones look a little off center and at a low tone they make a scratchy rattle noise but they still hit. The guy that has them probably clipped them to death ......or either he did the recone himself and screwed it up. Either way how much would they be worth and what's the best quality and reasonable priced recone??? Sorry so long just trying to be thorough . Thanks
