amp and speakers

hey guys just i got two questions first one it what would be a good amp to run two sundown x12 d2s ans can run one of them till i get the second one. second are jbl speakers any good or are they just over prices and if so what are some good brands to look at?

Why didnt you get a dual four ohm sub that way when you add a second sub you can wire to 1 ohm?

Well you could wire them to .5 ohms but you damn sure better have the electrical to support that. Dual 4's would be better and then run a nice sundown amp such as a SAZ-2500D.

The sundown saz2500-D is a nice amp, but a little pricey, if your on a budget I would recommend the crescendo bc2000D.

i bought the duel 2 ohm because i didn't think about adding another sub because i had such a small car then i got my new truck i though about it more but my price is around 700 to 800 dollars that's the most i would pay

JBL Speakers are great if you know what your doing. i have ran speakers and subs from JBL and never have i been disappointed . my gt5 15s run from a a mtx 4001D and i have yet to smell coil or complain about them .would i go bigger or better YESSSSS Is better .
