Box design 4 15s

Hello guys and greetings from Sweden! I am trying to make a box for my 4 SPL 15" woofers but i can't figure it out, all these numbers got me confused after some days of thinking. So my question to you guys is, can you help me?

The maximum measurements are:

43.3 in Width

17.3 in Hight

34.3 in Depth

I want a tuning frequency at 30hz and the box to look like this, woofers facing up and also the port.
