It's going to be a slowish build but I'm thinking it's off to a good start. I'm not sure about the rest of the equipment I'm looking around. Maybe another Memphis big belle, or a jl setup, ct sounds has popped up on my radar too. I'm designing this one on paper to have a loose idea of what I'll be building. So on to the pics.

Now the audio. The front sound stage will be a nice new set of ROCKFORD-FOSGATE FNQ-2514 . Found them as nos. on eBay. I have always wanted a set of these and they sound incredible. Even with the factory sync amps they shine. I can't wait to power them with a nice amp. The car will be getting a full sound deadening treatment before it's all said and done.

Now to run and solder some wires.

First up the woofers.

Twisting some wires. These will get sleeved with trek flex in a nice black with blue runner. All the speaker bundles will be done this way.

By far the worst part is getting the cable in to the doors. This is important as il tapping in to the factory lead to get the signal back to the x-overs in the temp location in the glove box. The reason, normally I would put them in the door but these things are huge there was no room. I will be re running these when I get my amps as the mustang has 8s in the doors that I will be running power to them from a better amp at a later date. I hate doing things twice but it's going to happen so oh well.

Grabbing the factory signal.
