maxmodder Posted August 22, 2014 Report Share Posted August 22, 2014 What battery fits in the stock location under the hood and what do you recommend? I'm running a 12w7 powered by a JL 1000/1 slash series and interior is powered by a 450/4. Kinda stuck at the moment as stock battery will drop as low as 11.7v for a split sec with the system cranked, AC and headlights on before returning back to 13-14v, and then it will dip down again, so it's fluctuating all over the place when measured by a ddm at the battery post. My plan is to upgrade the stock battery and put in a 2nd bat once someone develops a better alternator that won't have issues with the ECU. Has anyone figured out the ELD bypass for this year accord? I just want to feed my amps the right amount of power and I'm assuming that based on the fluctuation, they aren't getting it. Stock battery is 6D x 10.5W x 7H, so I'm thinking a D1200 that is 6-9/16D x 7-13/16W x 6-3/4H will work. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
