American Bass VFL4480 vs American Bass PH4000

I am about to purchase one of these amps, I will be running a single 4 ohm SVC sub off of it, and they are both rated at 900w RMS at 4 ohms. I can get the PH4000 slightly cheaper, but basically the same price. Is there any reason to choose one over the other? Space isn't an issue, just wanted to hear opinions. I know the Phatom 4k is the same as the Massive N4, don't know much about the VFL4480. Hope this thread isn't a problem, I know it's a vs. thread but I figured since it was between two amps from the same manufacturer it would be okay..
