Ritch40 Posted September 16, 2014 Report Posted September 16, 2014 Thanks. Looks good. I like the idea of using led's and seeing the back of the subs, what I would really want but am not sure if its possible is to see both sides of the sub, Is it possible to do these boxes with subs up port back? I am new to bandpass boxes why do you face the sub into the port? with a band pass your subs are completely enclosed inside of the box. the only way you could accomplish what you want is to do a plexiglass top. that box looks easy to build lol nothing good comes easy. at least its all simple parts to cut.

But having a $5000 table saw would make it easy. Avalanche Alpine Type S comps Alpine Type S 10'' Alpine MPR-F300 Alpine MRX-M50 Mechamn 270 XS Power d3400s

But having a $5000 table saw would make it easy. I bet the $5000 dollar saw would make it a bit easier to make the cuts but no an expensive saw would not make it easy to build a box. That takes skill and even with that the box is not easy to build.
Ritch40 Posted September 17, 2014 Report Posted September 17, 2014 with all angles being either 90* or 45* a skill saw and straight edge is that that's really needed. The only parts that would be a pain would be the triangle brace pieces. That said, those could easily be changed for a different style of bracing too.
