Pedro V Posted October 21, 2014 Report Posted October 21, 2014 Trying to figure all this stuff out dont know if im doing it rite but like to mess with stuff so y not so far I have the basic stuff an if I get it down with the things I have will fill more comfortable going big Ok heres my amp an box just a pioneer deck that can play all my music from my phone, ipod, and flash drives so in all happy with it An as for subs I have 2 12 kicker cvr duel 2 ohm I have stinger wire with a kicker 250 fuse on it I didn't like the glass ones that came with the stinger amp kit I ran it under the car along the break lines seemed to work fine My pioneer 6x9 dont remember what kind but they were on clearance so I got them since the stock ones were blown also picked up the matching front 6.5
Pedro V Posted October 21, 2014 Author Report Posted October 21, 2014 Just did the big 3 dont know if I posted it rite but my next upgrade will be putting in a eq I have just gotten just dont have the brackets for it or extra rc here's the plan from the alternator directly to a fuse then the battery What I have to look at what im working with The ground on the engine block Quick route The spot I mounted the fuse Bad pic but the ground from the block Got it all wired up first time doing anything like this an feel happy with the results as of now no dimming but my battery is old an dieing so will need replaced soon but going to put the eq b4 all that

Pedro V Posted October 28, 2014 Author Report Posted October 28, 2014 Got my rcas in can hook up my eq now debating on waiting till I get the rest of my wires I need to do a upgrade from stinger to shca had it paid for an shipped within hrs fast got it within days so happy with the service shca ftw
Pedro V Posted October 28, 2014 Author Report Posted October 28, 2014 Couldn't wait to put the eq in was thinking it would take up more room but it didnt theres alot of free space between the radio and ash tray but that will have to wait its in tho so now have to wait another week for more stuff since this is a slow build maybe longer Better view
Pedro V Posted November 3, 2014 Author Report Posted November 3, 2014 So had to replace my battery wasnt planned was hoping to get a xs an some wire but my old one didnt want to wait so I had to settle for a napa battery but I did get the biggest one I could fit instead of what was supposed to go in an as of rite now no dimming so not at all bad
RainStryke Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 I know how that is... I wanted to go with a AGM battery as well, but I didn't have the extra money and it was not a planned purchase... so I had to go with the cheaper option.
