Bass203 Posted October 31, 2014 Report Posted October 31, 2014 Hey guys wondering if anyone can help me out on how many cubic foot box I should go with. Im running 4 fi btls triple stack woofers and want to know how many cubes. I have a mercury montaineer 97, im only gonna be using the cargo space. Im not planning to do a wall either. I want the subs shooting up with a square port towards the hatch. Ill be tuned to 30 hz, thinking 16 cubes with bracing and woofers placed in so roughly 15.- after.i dont know if it will play out in my favor. Can yall please give me a hand. Thanks

Jeff4661 Posted November 5, 2014 Report Posted November 5, 2014 Personally I'd say your probably not to far off at 15 cubes after displacement.. I'd check the dispacenent of your subs Bcs I know my SQ HDC4's are .25 cubic foot a sub.. I assume Ur btls are close to that A note: remember to factor your port takes up space to Current build 05 Yukon SLT http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/195350-jeffs-05-yukong-wall-build/
