noobslayer77 Posted January 16, 2015 Report Posted January 16, 2015 hey, so i've narrowed it down to a dc 3.5 k or a rockford 2500bd cp... this isnt a verus thread, im just giving a little background. I am leanin towards the rockford because i like the CP and like to think i'll get more power at a wider freq range... anyway, i don't know much about how the punch eq works, when setting gains do i leave the punch eq at minimum? and is the punch eq knob just a gain knob, or is it more like bass boost? moredbs Posted January 16, 2015 Report Posted January 16, 2015 when i ran my 2500bd cp on my 13w7s i just set the gain with the dd-1 and set the crossover with the cc-1. subsonic filter to on, because the box was ported. bass knob used when it felt needed.

moredbs Posted January 16, 2015 Report Posted January 16, 2015 80 hertz if thats what your asking. i had to buy a bass knob for mine,it didn't come with one. found one pretty cheap on amazon.
