couchlockd Posted January 21, 2015 Report Share Posted January 21, 2015 Okay got two amps, one RF P400x4 and one RF T400-2 the speakers i have for this are JBL power series p660c 6.5" comps ( 90wrms/270peak 2 ohm) http://www.jbl.com/estore/jbl/us/products/P660C/P660C_JBL_US AND jbl POWER series P693 3 way 6x9's (110wrms/ 330peak 2 ohms) http://www.jbl.com/estore/jbl/us/products/P963/P963_JBL_US#product-specifications my two options are as follows put the T400-2 on the Rear deck 6x9's and the P400x4 (in 2 chan mode) on the front Components. OR put the T400-2 on the rear 6x9's and the P400x4 on the compnents but run them active with the 6.5" drivers on the rear channels and the tweets on the front channels. opinions please!! i want to run both amps as i want headroom. and i damn near stole the t400 for $60 so i figured the universe helped me solve my problem by putting me inline with a deal like that... also note i do not have an external active crossover network, so is this a needed piece of gear to go active if i wanted to. the head unit is a pioneer xav2600bt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
