Subs are wired to 2 ohms seeing 2.2 ohms at the amp checked with a multimeter I will have to check the voltage when it's at high volume I'm thinking it has to be something with not getting enough power I had 2 hifonics 1500 watt amps in there before this amp and they worked fine but because this amp is actually 2000 watts it's maybe drawing to much power I have an agm under the good stock 120 amp alternator 1/0 power wire and 2 smaller agms in the back.

I think something is going on with my alternator it started out at 14.6 volts cranked the volume it dropped to 12.3 volts then I turned the radio down it went to 13.9 volts then slowly dropped to 13 and is staying at about 13 volts almost like the alternator isn't charging like it should

I got the amp to play pretty loud without cutting out but if I push it a little further it cuts out the voltage will drop to 11.5 so at this point I think I need to get a bigger alternator and a better battery in the back

BIG 3. add a batt.

boss 1200 and a ipod nano.
