As expected, I'm running into volume issues. The total volume of the box (including the port) is only 1.15 cubes, when I figured I needed 1.5 cubes. The problem I'm having now is I don't know how to increase the volume of the box, since it's dimensions are constrained by the port dimensions.... I though it was 32 Hz but it's actually 35 Hz. Sundown offers box designs that are made for the E10, so I'm considering using those.. EDIT Just realized I was looking at the old version.
