I'm not double checking the math or anything but the projected numbers you have seem like a great start. Well I did forget to factor in the airspace in the cutouts for the subs. But it appears to be only .376^3. I factored in .1^3 for the invert in the sub cone so I'm probably a quarter of a cube off in my sealed calculation. Not something I'm going to worry about. If anything I'd rather it be a hair more than less volume. I also have .03^3 worth of 2x4 that is going to sit about 6 inches behind the port in the center of the box. I'm not sure it's necessary with the box only being 14.5 inches tall but it couldn't hurt.
